Kevin has over 14 years experience as an A Grade Electrician working for major projects and key players across the Oil and Gas and Mining sectors.  Kevin has an intimate knowledge of a diverse range of tasks within the electrical industry and has had many first hand experiences with safety standards, both good and bad throughout his career.  He has a strong passion for ensuring the safety of his workmates and himself without compromising on quality of workmanship.  Kevin from a very young age has shown strong entrepreneurial skills and this combined with his experience and passion for safety saw him join forces with business partner Eddie Harney to develop a range of products to combat and eliminate the issue of Dropped Objects from heights.

Eddie has over 14 years experience as an A Grade Electrician with vast experience in the Construction and Maintenance industries of Oil and Gas and Mining.  Eddie skills in the industry have made him a highly sought after and reliable electrician for a number of major projects across the globe.  Eddie's passion for safety and first hand experience brought his and business partner's 'Kevin Naughton' skills together to design and develop a unique range of products to combat the high risk issues such as 'Dropped Objects from Heights' that are ongoing in the workplace.  Eddie's drive and determination for a new standard of safety is a key driving force for the company.

Sandra has over 8 years experience in Office Management in retail and engineering and over 7 years experience in Document and Records Services in the Mining Industry.   

Sandra has a proven track record in a number of leading roles for such companies as Fortescue Metals Group, John Holland, Worley Parsons and Reid Swatman and Voit Australia to name but a few.  Sandra joined her Husband Kevin and his Business Partner Eddie in April of 2015 as Office Manager and manager of sales for Harney & Naughton Safety Solutions Pty Ltd
